The best way for me to deal with anything
Is to post about on somewhere
Just to make my feelings known
Because I'm awful at expressing my distress in person
But I can write it super easily on here, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Usually my seasonal depression kicks in close to December because of Christmas time
But, like last year
It happened around this time because of girls, school, etc.
